1. ELIGIBILITY
   Promotion entrants and prize recipients must be legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, aged 18 years or older, issued a UMB One Card with their picture that is valid during the dates of this promotion period March 1 through May 31. All entrants must meet the eligibility requirements to participate in the promotion. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors of  Mid-Atlantic Coca Cola Bottling Company Inc. its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion, fulfillment and/or judging agencies, related entities, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and household members of each are not eligible.  Employees of UMB Auxiliary Services, their direct and indirect supervisors, and their immediate families or members of the household (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. Promotions are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
2. SPONSORS
   The Sponsor of this Promotion is the UMB One Card Program of the University of Maryland, Baltimore located at 222 N. Pine Street, Suite 207, Baltimore, MD 21201 & The Mid-Atlantic Coca Cola Bottling Company, Inc. located at 7448 Candlewood Road, Hanover, MD 21076.
3. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER
   This Promotion begins at 7:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on March 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on May 31, 2008 (“Promotion Period”).  Participants automatically receive one Promotion entry for each purchase made with his/her UMB One Card. Winners are chosen from entries made March 1 through March 31, April 1 through April 30 and May 1 through May 31. Entries from unauthorized card use or made with lost, stolen, or fraudulent One Cards are void. 
   
   TO ENTER WITHOUT PURCHASE: Complete the Entry Form located here, including your name, permanent address, City, State, Zip, Email and your One Card Barcode Number or Customer Number on the back of your One Card.  Make sure all of the information is complete. Mail your entry to UMB One Card Office, 222 N. Pine Street, Student Center at Pine Street, Suite 207, Baltimore MD 21201. Mail–In entries must be postmarked by March 31st for the March promotion and received by April 5th. April’s mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30th and received by May 5th. May’s mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 31st and received by June 5th.  We can accept entries through Campus Mail or In-Person but we must receive the entries according to the following schedule; March entries received by March 31st in the One Card Office, April entries received by April 30th and May entries received by May 31st. Enter as often as you wish; however, only one entry per postmarked envelope. Entries become the property of UMB and will not be returned.
4. RANDOM DRAWING
   Winners will be selected in random drawings on April 11, 2008, May 9, 2008 and June 9, 2008 from all eligible entries received. Selection is done by Computer and odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Notice to Potential Drawing Winners will be made by phone or email, according to the information on file with The University of Maryland, Baltimore. Eligibility, age, and claims made by Prize Winners are subject to verification. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or e-mails made to entrants not by the Sponsors.
5. PRIZE (8) DRAWINGS
   Eight prizes will be awarded for the Promotion. Three entries will be randomly chosen from entries made March 1 – March 31, three entries chosen from April 1 – April 30 and two entries chosen from May 1 – May 31. The prizes are 2 Apple Iphones, 2 Apple Air Laptop Computers, 2 Flat Panel Plasma TV’s and  2 Vacation Packages for a party of two to use in 2009. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize. Limit one prize per person/household/e-mail address. An executed affidavit of eligibility and release is required to claim the prize.
6. GENERAL
   By entering this Promotion, entrants and Prize Winners: (1) agree to be bound by these Official Rules; (2) agree to release Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion, fulfillment and/or judging agencies, related entities from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death arising out of participating in this Promotion, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery; and (3) Prize Winners consent to the use of their names, voices, pictures, and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit any entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes if, at their sole discretion, Sponsor finds such entrant to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or if such entrant repeatedly shows a disregard for or attempts to circumvent these Rules, or acts: (a) in a manner the Sponsor determines to be not fair or equitable; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant the Sponsor; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. Any failure by the Sponsor to enforce any of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such Rules.
